PRODUCT WARRANTY

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Tri-Great USA warrants to the original purchaser of any Tri-Great USA product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise or damage from the elements. Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. If your product breaks within the warranty period, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RA#). After receiving this number, return the defective product with the number clearly indicated and a warranty replacement will be shipped to you free of charge plus additional shipping charges. Only valid in the USA.

Usually ships within 1 business day from the date your order is received. Delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 business days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Usually ships within 1 business day from the date your order is received. Delivery will take additional 2 or 3 business days. This option is not available for orders shipped to Canada.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional offers for free shipping, when advertised, are only available for Standard Shipping to the continental US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) unless otherwise stated. If purchaser chooses an alternative shipping method for a product that has a free shipping promotion, the full shipping price will be charged according to the method chosen, no reimbursements will be provided.

RETURN POLICY

PRODUCT RETURNS

For all returns, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. When returning item(s) please include a copy of the packing slip with the RA# and reason for return.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact Customer Service immediately. Tri-Great USA will schedule a pick-up and a replacement product will be sent.
